Beste vrijwilliger,
Fijn dat je ons komt versterken! Je hebt je intakegesprek bij ons gehad. Nu is het nog een kwestie van een paar stappen en je kunt aan de slag.
- Vrijwilligersovereenkomst
Vul allereerst de online vrijwilligersovereenkomst in en verstuur deze. Je ontvangt dan per e-mail een bevestiging waarin je ook leest wat je van ons kunt verwachten. Daarnaast vragen we het volgende voor je aan:
- Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
Voor je activiteiten als vrijwilliger hebben wij een VOG van je nodig. Van de screeningsautoriteit Justis ontvang je per mail een bericht (belandt soms in de spambox). Na het doorlopen van alle stappen, krijg je de VOG digitaal of per post opgestuurd. Meer hierover lees je in de bevestigingsmail van de vrijwilligersovereenkomst.
- HONK-account
Per mail ontvang je van ons een uitnodiging om een account aan te maken op HONK, ons sociale platform (tevens als app voor je telefoon beschikbaar).
Je vindt hier alle informatie die je als vrijwilliger nodig hebt. Je kunt er vragen stellen, je aanmelden voor evenementen, het laatste nieuws lezen, chatten met medewerkers en vrijwilligers en informatie vinden over hoe je bijvoorbeeld onkosten kunt declareren. Kijk - na het aanmaken van je Honk-account - vooral ook op deze speciale pagina voor vrijwilligers.
Tot slot vind je onderaan deze pagina ons vrijwilligers- en privacybeleid en het document met richtlijnen voor vrijwilligers.

Dear Volunteer,
Thank you for joining us! You have had your intake interview with us. Now it's just a matter of a few steps and you can get to work.
- Volunteer Agreement
First of all, fill out the online volunteer agreement and send it to us. You will then receive a confirmation by email which also explains what you can expect from us. In addition, we request the following for you:
- Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
For your activities as a volunteer a VOG is required. You will receive a message from the screening authority Justis by email (sometimes ends up in the spam box). After going through all the steps, you can choose to receive the VOG either digitally or by mail and send it to us. You'll find more information in de confirmation mail of the volunteer agreement.
- HONK account
By email you will receive an invitation to create an account on HONK, our social platform (also available as an app for your phone).
Here you will find all the information you need as a volunteer. You can ask questions, sign up for events, read the latest news, chat with staff and volunteers and find information on how to claim expenses, for example. After creating your Honk account, be sure to check out this special page for volunteers.
Finally, at the bottom of the page you will find our volunteer- and privacy policy and the document with guidelines for volunteers.
